How much does a session in the Cold Plunge cost?
We offer both private and mixed group cold plunge ice bath sessions at Venachar Lochside.
Private sessions include exclusive use of the cold plunge, spa facilities, and direct access to the loch, giving you the space entirely to yourselves. Mixed group sessions are shared bookings, where you’ll meet other guests joining at the same time, often with a similar interest in wellness and open-water experiences.
Private bookings are £105 per hour.
Mixed group sessions are £15 per person, per hour.
