Live Jobs Available at VL
Sauna Host
We’re looking for an outdoor enthusiast with initiative to take charge of our sauna and the guest experience.
You will be:
Chatting to and building a bond with all the guests, making sure they have feel welcomed
Taking bookings over the phone
Cleaning the sauna between sessions
With the perk of “quality testing” the sauna before or after your shift.
No prior sauna experience is necessary, but we’re looking for someone who is great with people, enjoys talking to guests, and loves making people’s day better.
£13 per hour
Thursday to Sunday
15–20 hours per week
Work in the most stunning location
You’ll have autonomy in how you run the sauna, ensuring that guests have a wonderful experience.
Front of House
We’re looking for friendly Front of House staff to join the team at Venachar Lochside.
Thursday to Sunday (three days off with longer working days).
With weddings, events, our restaurant, and the sauna, it’s a varied role where no two days are the same.
This is a hands-on position in a close-knit team, supporting service, events, and creating great guest experiences.
We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts, and the chance to work in a beautiful lochside setting with a welcoming team.
Experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential. We will give you brill training!
We’re mainly looking for people who are warm, reliable, hard working, and happy to get stuck in and learn on the job.
