Chef
We’re looking for a Chef to join our kitchen team at Venachar Lochside, perfect for an up-and-coming chef keen to learn and grow.
It’s a fun, supportive kitchen where we work hard and stay calm.
You’ll be cooking across a busy and varied schedule, from weddings to restaurant service and exciting events.
We focus on making genuinely great food using fresh, local ingredients.
Shifts are mainly 4 days per week, with 12-hour shifts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves cooking good food and wants to be part of a creative kitchen. You’ll be involved in both restaurant and wedding prep and service, so there’s plenty of variety.
What you’ll be doing:
Running your own section and keeping it organised and clean
Helping to prep and cook seasonal dishes to a high standard
Keeping on top of stock and waste in your section
Maintaining good food hygiene and safety standards
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about cooking, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a team.

Front of House
We’re looking for friendly Front of House staff to join the team at Venachar Lochside.
With weddings, events, our restaurant, and the sauna, it’s a varied role where no two days are the same.
This is a hands-on position in a close-knit team, supporting service, events, and creating great guest experiences.
We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts, and the chance to work in a beautiful lochside setting with a welcoming team.
Experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential. We will give you brill training!
We’re mainly looking for people who are warm, reliable, and happy to get stuck in and learn on the job.
