The Abbotsford
A hotel perfectly located by some lovely walks in the centre of Callander, we have negotiated a package with the Abbotsford for all our guests for 1, 2, and 3 day stays and conveniently curated with accommodation package prices.
We’ve got you covered. The Abbotsford is just 10 minutes from Venachar Lochside, and Doune Travel will handle transport for you and your guests to and from the venue. The best part? We organise everything for you, stress free.
The Abbotsford has luxury bedrooms and a highly attentive manager, Sophie. We are so excited to partner with them as they have such high standards for our guests and are in the most explorable area of Callander.
Specifically, it is a 4-star, AA-rated guest accommodation. With 13 well-appointed rooms, the property comfortably accommodates up to 29 guests per night, offering an intimate and welcoming retreat in the heart of Scotland.
How Much do Weddings with accomodation Cost?
The price of a wedding depends on the time of year, the day of the week, when you book, how many guests, and which package you go for. At Venachar Lochside we have four packages priced differently going up to £435 per person with accommodation included.
As well as our nearest accommodation providers, there is an extensive list of guest houses, hotels and B&B’s in the surrounding areas we would be more than happy to tell you about.
Leny Estates
If you were planning an extra rustic Scottish wedding, then Leny Estates may be perfect for you! You get 3 days living in their estate lodges. We will organise all the transport to get you to and from your wedding!
Leny Estate sits in the Leny Hills near Callander. It offers a mix of cosy log cabins, Victorian cottages, and a traditional lodge, with space for up to 36 guests to stay together.
Loch Venachar Lodges
Sitting right next door to us, Loch Venachar Lodges are a fantastic option for the wedding party to get ready in the morning with no stress at all. Your wedding will be right on your doorstep.
Right on the shore of Loch Venachar, these modern luxury lodges are a very short walk from the venue. There are two properties: Coorie, which sleeps four, and Carsaig, which sleeps six. Booked together, they can host up to ten guests. Both lodges have hot tubs, wood-burning stoves, and open-plan living spaces with panoramic views of the loch and hills. With private gardens and direct loch access, they offer the perfect mix of comfort, style, and the outdoors.
While we can’t book the lodges for you or include them in a package price, we highly recommend visiting their website to check current prices and availability. Being right next to the venue, they’re an ideal choice for the wedding party, newlyweds, or close friends and family.
