Sauna and dining experience at Venachar.
Gather your friends and begin by the fire with a choice of refreshing homemade tonics or herbal teas. Then step into your one hour sauna, loch swim and cold plunge session. Afterwards, sit down to a light and playful five-course lunch or dinner, carefully crafted to complement your body and palate post-sauna. Each course is small but full of flavour, designed to leave you nourished, revived, and completely relaxed.

December Sauna Package
Warm up this winter with our special December Sauna & Lunch offer. Enjoy a one-hour session in our wild lochside sauna and then tuck into a light lunch featuring homemade soup and charcuterie boards.
Book your sauna package as usual, then select the lunch add-on when you pay. If you’d prefer to dine from our regular à la carte lunch menu, simply book a restaurant table as well as your sauna booking.
Available throughout December (excluding Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day).

Christmas Markets – 14 December 2025
Join us for a festive day at Venachar Lochside! Explore our Christmas market stalls (indoors or outside if the weather’s kind), sip on hot chocolate or mulled wine from our trailer, and get creative with a wreath-making workshop in the afternoon.
Our restaurant will be open as usual, serving delicious lunches and dinners.
Lunch for Parents – 20 December 2025
Take a well-deserved break before Christmas! Enjoy a relaxing lunch downstairs while we entertain your little ones upstairs with festive fun — including a visit from Santa, Christmas crafts, games, movies, and plenty of toys.
A perfect afternoon for parents to unwind and kids to make memories.
Book your table as usual, and please include in the booking comments how many children will be joining you.
Christmas Eve Lunch – 24 December 2025
Celebrate Christmas Eve at Venachar, with a beautifully crafted festive lunch overlooking the loch. Enjoy a special seasonal menu filled with indulgent dishes and plenty of festive drink options to toast
£70 per person – lunch only.
Hogmanay at Venachar Lochside – 31 December 2025
Ring in the New Year by the loch with a night of food, music, ceilidh and fireworks over the loch.
Arrive from 7pm to prosecco and canapés, followed by a fresh food buffet from 7.30–8.30pm. Then dance the night away with a lively ceilidh, quizzes, and games.
As the clock strikes midnight, raise a glass of prosecco under the fireworks and sparklers, before continuing the celebrations with a disco.

NEW YEARS DAY SWIM, SAUNA AND BRUNCH
Start the new year the right way with a loch swim, one-hour sauna session to warm up and reset. Afterwards, enjoy a freshly cooked, delicious brunch served in the restaurant — the perfect way to begin 2026 feeling refreshed and recharged.
